JEFFREY E. EDELMAN / President

Jeffrey E. Edelman, is also a member and manager of ICP. He became a manager and officer of Infinity Asset Management in February 2005 and was named President of Infinity Rail and IAM in 2007. He is responsible for IAM’s day-to-day Fund-management activities, including accounting and operations, and for the documentation and closing of Fund transactions, including acquisitions, leases, and dispositions of equipment and transactions with lenders. Prior to joining IAM, Mr. Edelman served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Railcar, Ltd., a Georgia corporation engaged in the business of owning, managing, leasing, and selling railroad rolling stock. He was instrumental in the sale of Railcar, Ltd., with a fleet of over 15,000 railcars, to another railcar leasing company in 2004. He was the last person employed by Railcar, Ltd. in order to transition outstanding assets and liabilities that were excluded from the sale to its parent, Progress Rail Services Corporation. Before joining Railcar, Ltd., Mr. Edelman was with CSX Transportation for four years working in various departments, including Cost & Economic Analysis and Cost & Budgets. At CSX, he was the Finance Manager for the minerals merchandise unit which accounted for over $500m in annual revenue to the company. He then was the Finance Director of the Atlanta Service Lane which covered rail operations and capital improvements in the southeastern United States. Mr. Edelman has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration with a finance concentration, both from the University of Florida.
